WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Signal — all in one secure, self-hosted inbox. No big tech reading your DMs. No Beeper acquisition drama. Just one clean interface.
You use 4-6 different messaging apps every day. Each one costs you more than you think.
Every time you switch apps, your brain needs 23 minutes to refocus. With 4+ apps, you're losing hours of productive time daily.
WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord all scan your messages for ads, AI training, or "safety." Your conversations are product.
Automattic acquired Beeper, jacked prices, and your data is now on someone else's servers. The unified inbox dream died when it went centralized.
Every app fights for your attention. You either miss messages or drown in noise. No central place to triage.
Beeper ($10/mo), Slack ($8/mo), Telegram Premium ($5/mo) — you're paying monthly just to have separate inboxes.
Beeper is the only unified inbox, and it went proprietary. Self-hosting Matrix sounds great but the setup is brutal.
Nexus Managed deploys a production-grade Matrix (Dendrite) server with bridges to every messaging app you use — all behind your own domain, on your own VPS.
Take the sprawl audit, drop us your app list, and we'll blueprint your unified inbox architecture.
Dendrite server, Element web UI, all bridges, SSL on your domain. Complete in 48 hours.
All your chats in one Element tab. Messages sync both ways. You own the server, the data, and the privacy.
Every component is production-tested, security-hardened, and ready to bridge your world.
Second-generation Matrix homeserver written in Go — faster and leaner than Synapse. Handles thousands of concurrent users on just 2GB RAM. Federation-ready out of the box.
CoreBeautiful, responsive Matrix web client. All your chats in one tab — threads, spaces, reactions, file sharing, voice messages. Works on desktop and mobile browser.
InterfaceFull bidirectional bridging via whatsmeow. Send and receive WhatsApp messages, media, and group chats directly in Element. Linked through your WhatsApp Web session — your messages never touch third-party servers.
BridgeBidirectional Telegram bridge using TDLib. Supports private chats, groups, supergroups, and channels. Messages, media, polls — everything syncs both ways. No Telegram API limitations.
BridgeFull Discord bridge via Discord.js. Works across all your servers and DMs. Messages, reactions, threads, file attachments. Bridge specific channels or entire servers.
BridgeExperimental Signal bridge using signald. Works for 1:1 messaging. Signal's closed API means limited group support, but your most private conversations stay private through your own server.

Yes. Unlike Beeper, Slack, or Telegram, your Matrix server runs on your own VPS — no third party has access to your encryption keys, message history, or metadata. Matrix uses end-to-end encryption (Megolm) for all private chats. Even we can't read your messages after deployment. You own the server, the domain, and the keys.
Very. Dendrite is a production-grade homeserver used by thousands of organizations. Bridges run as separate containers — if one bridge goes down, the rest keep working. Our Managed and Reseller tiers include monthly bridge updates and health monitoring. DIY Kit users get the same architecture; you just handle your own updates. Uptime depends on your VPS provider (most offer 99.9%+).
That depends on your tier. DIY Kit: you handle everything — updates, backups, troubleshooting. Managed Setup: we push bridge updates monthly and monitor health; you handle basic VPS maintenance (OS updates, which any VPS user already does). Reseller: we handle everything including server-level maintenance. In all cases, the core Matrix server runs unattended with auto-restart on failure.
Absolutely. Element has native iOS and Android apps that connect directly to your server. You can also use any Matrix client — there are dozens (FluffyChat, SchildiChat, Element X, etc.). All bridges work over mobile data or WiFi. Notifications come through your own server, not Google/Apple push — no tracking.
WhatsApp: requires a WhatsApp Web session link (works like WhatsApp Web). Phone battery drain is minimal. No multi-device issues on recent versions. Telegram: full support for everything including secret chats (read-only). Discord: full support. Signal: 1:1 messaging only — group support is experimental due to Signal's closed API. We're transparent about this upfront; Signal bridge is optional and discounted.
Yes, and it's straightforward. The Nexus Managed migration path: (1) deploy your Matrix server with bridges, (2) connect the same WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord accounts to the new bridges, (3) close your Beeper account. Your contacts don't change — bridges connect to the same services. No one on the other end even notices. We include a migration checklist with every Managed Setup and Reseller deployment.
