Djini Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Djini, an AI-powered assistant application provided by Digital Hustler X ("we," "our," or "us") that connects to your TikTok account to help you manage your profile, understand your audience, and create content.

By accessing or using Djini, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Djini.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Djini. By using Djini, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to connect the TikTok account you authorize.

2. Connecting Your TikTok Account

Djini accesses your TikTok account only after you have explicitly authorized the connection through TikTok's OAuth flow. When you connect your account, we request your permission to:

Read your basic profile information (such as your display name, avatar, and open ID)
Read your public profile statistics (such as follower, following, and video counts)
List your public videos
Upload content to your account as a draft, and publish content to your profile when you initiate it

Djini does not connect to your account or publish or share any content without your explicit, user-initiated action.

3. How Djini Works

Djini provides AI-assisted features that help you understand your TikTok audience, discover content ideas, draft captions, and schedule or publish content on your behalf. You remain in control of your account at all times and may disconnect Djini from your TikTok account at any time.

4. Your Content

You own the content you create and publish through Djini. You are solely responsible for the content you produce, including ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Djini to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Publish spam, misinformation, or unlawful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Djini, its systems, or other users' accounts
Use Djini to interfere with or harm another user's experience

6. Third-Party Services

Djini integrates with third-party services, including TikTok, to provide its functionality. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DJINI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that Djini will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL HUSTLER X SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DJINI. In no event shall our total liability for any claim exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Djini at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or TikTok's policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when the most recent changes took effect. Your continued use of Djini after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
