Refund Policy

Because our products are digital source code delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the product is delivered.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase and you have not yet deployed the source code in a production environment, you may request a full refund by contacting support@hq.digitalhustlerx.com with your order number.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day guarantee, all of the following must be true:

Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
You have not deployed, published, or used the source code in a production environment
You have deleted any copies of the source code from your systems

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Products purchased more than 14 days ago
Products where the source code has been deployed in a production environment
Products where substantial customization or integration has been performed
Add-on services (custom domain setup, dedicated support hours) once delivered
Subscriptions after the renewal date

4. Defective Products

If the source code contains a material defect that prevents it from functioning as described, we will, at our discretion:

Issue a fix or patch at no additional cost, or
Replace the product, or
Issue a full refund

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@hq.digitalhustlerx.com with:

Your order number (from your Polar.sh receipt)
The email used at purchase
A brief explanation of the reason for the refund

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first — we'll do our best to make it right. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of your account.
