Welcome to Digital Hustler X ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, products, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to digitalhustlerx.com, hq.digitalhustlerx.com, hqtraders.net, buy.hqtraders.net, and any associated source-code products, software, or content provided by Digital Hustlers Labs.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts & Registration

Some Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through our Services are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Polar.sh). By making a purchase, you agree to:

Provide valid payment information
Pay all applicable fees and taxes
Comply with the payment processor's terms of service

Source-Code Products

Source-code products are delivered as digital downloads. Once a source-code product is delivered, the product is considered "used" and is generally non-refundable except in cases of material defect, in which case we will issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing for any product or service at any time. Pricing changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. License & Use of Source Code

Subject to your payment of the applicable fees and your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code according to the tier you purchased:

Source Code ($49): Personal or learning use only. No redistribution, resale, or commercial deployment.
Standard ($297): White-label rights for a single project. No redistribution of source code as a competing product.
Business ($697): White-label rights for up to 3 projects. Priority support included.
Enterprise ($1,497): Unlimited white-label use. Full commercial rights.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the source code as a competing product
Claim authorship of the source code
Use the source code for any unlawful purpose
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code except as permitted by applicable law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illicit financial activity
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or related systems
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from our Services without permission
Impersonate any person or entity

6. Compliance with Financial Regulations

Our products are sold as software source code. You are solely responsible for:

Determining whether your use of the source code complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Obtaining any licenses, registrations, or approvals required to operate any business built using our source code
Compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), securities, and other financial regulations

We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice. The source code is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and source code made available through our Services are owned by Digital Hustlers Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Polar.sh, Telegram, GitHub, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content obtained through the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL HUSTLERS LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Hustlers Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Hustlers Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when the most recent changes took effect. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
